Who am I actually talking to?
Ashish Gupta, our CEO. Not an SDR, not an account exec. The first call is with the operator who'd be accountable for the work.
Will this turn into a sales pitch?
No. The 30 minutes are spent diagnosing your bottleneck out loud and naming the next move. If a fractional COO is the right fit, we'll say so. If it isn't, we'll point you somewhere better.
What should I have ready?
Nothing formal. A rough sense of revenue, team size, and the one thing keeping you up at night. The more candid you are, the sharper the answer you'll get.
My company is under $2M. Should I still book?
Yes, with the caveat that we'll be honest about whether a fractional COO is the right move at your stage. We also work with startups who have raised over $5M. If it isn't the right fit, we'll point you to operators or playbooks that fit your size.
